A Californian Bungalow in need of a renovation along a character streescape. Good northern access with some existing garden elements to keep. The clients are avid gardeners.

the Clients' Needs

Create a new home that is personal and warm. It needs to respect the old, but be contemporary with good sized and flexible spaces that show-case the garden. Must be a passive solar design with sustainabiliyt principles throughout.
