the Context

A 1950s workers cottage with very modest and inward orientated rooms. An exceptional northern outlook out onto the Fremantle Golfcourse.

the Clients' Needs

Create a funky and bold home which opens the house out to the golf course. It needs to be 'very liveable' with flexible spaces and able to entertain large groups. It also needs to respect but complement the 1950s workers cottage, and apply sustainabililty concepts, including maximising getting the northern winter sun through-out the house.
